BA06 – Wine Analyzer
ALCOHOL / EXTRACT / PLATO / CO2
DESCRIPTION
The analysis system BA06 is the only real 100% in-line system for the continuous analysis of Alcohol / Extract and CO2 in beer and wine. In fact, due to its unique design, the Maselli sensors measure the product when flowing in the main piping with no need for any bypass or bypass pump. This configuration guarantees the best hygienic conditions eliminating any risk of contamination of the product. The whole system, including Alcohol, Extract and CO2 sensors, may be installed in one single Varivent fitting reducing dramatically the installation costs: as well, the sensors may be easily connected to Maselli MP receivers designed for user-friendly interface. There are no moving parts in the equipment making it very robust and practically maintenance-free: Also, the optical CO2 sensor based on the ATR infrared principle eliminates the need for expensive maintenance on the traditional pressure/temperature analyzers.
BENEFITS
- Optical technology
- Compact construction
- 100% in line installation: no need of any pump
- No need of adjustments vs the lab
- No maintenance
